Our Refund Commitment

At Ganapathy Wood Press Oil, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the purity and quality of our cold-pressed oils. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Damaged Product: The product received is physically damaged or leaking
• Wrong Product: You received a different product than what you ordered
• Quality Issue: The product does not meet our stated quality standards
• Expired Product: The product delivered is past its expiry date
• Order Not Delivered: The product was not delivered within the expected timeframe with no tracking update

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Products that have been partially or fully used
• Products returned without original packaging
• Requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery
• Dissatisfaction due to change of mind (not quality-related)
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

• UPI / Net Banking: Refund processed within 3–5 business days
• Credit / Debit Card: Refund processed within 5–7 business days
• Cash on Delivery: Refund processed via bank transfer within 7–10 business days

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Email us at thilaigincap@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request – Order #[Your Order ID]"
3. Include your order details, reason for refund, and clear photographs of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
5. If approved, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method
